From West on the A71;

• On entering Strathaven take the first turn on the right sign-posted for Muirkirk and travel for half a mile
• On reaching a bridge over the River Avon with green metal railings and a house immediately on the roadside before it, cross the bridge then take first left
• Follow the road straight up the hill, at the cross roads go straight over the road and carry on ahead
• West Kype Farm is one mile further on, sitting on the right hand side of the road

From East on the A71;

• Travel through Strathaven on the A71 passing the Sainsburys store on your left hand side
• At the roundabout after the store, take the first exit then take the first turn on the left sign-posted for Muirkirk and travel for half a mile
• On reaching a bridge over the River Avon with green metal railings and a house immediately on the roadside before it, cross the bridge then take first left
• Follow the road straight up the hill, at the cross roads go straight over the road and carry on ahead
• West Kype Farm is one mile further on, sitting on the right hand side of the road

From East Kilbride the A726;

• Follow the A726 through Strathaven till you reach a roundabout where it joins the A71
• Take the right hand exit from the roundabout for Kilmarnock then the next left hand turn sign-posted for Muirkirk and travel for half a mile
• On reaching a bridge over the River Avon with green metal railings and a house immediately on the roadside before it, cross the bridge then take first left
• Follow the road straight up the hill, at the cross roads go straight over the road and carry on ahead
• West Kype Farm is one mile further on, sitting on the right hand side of the road
