We are delighted to report back that the recent “Guess the Bear’s Birthday” fundraiser for Leukaemia research raised a whopping £200! The delighted winner of the bear was 12 year old Charlotte Harris.  Special thanks to Ann and Emily Boyd and all the other helpers who made a great job of cajoling and arm twisting (!) you all into donating £1 for a great cause. The money was passed onto West Kype volunteer and judge Lindsay Column who is a passionate fundraiser for this cause. Lindsay was delighted and surprised as she did not know that we had picked her charity to benefit.
